1.Candy corn: Your thoughts?
I can literally eat it until it makes me puke if I let myself do that. Its happened.
2. Briefly, what was the first conversation you ever had with your significant other?
I first met Brad when I was 15 and I honestly could not at all tell you that I remember our first conversation. I'm sure it involved totally tearing some poor soul down though in the auditorium. We were horribly mean when we got together and loved to make fun of others. I know, so not nice.
3. Could you ever become a vegetarian?
With a brother that's a beef broker I'm gonna go with a big NO. That would be sacrilegious in our family!
4. Have you ever dressed up your pet in a costume?
My cat would probably kill me if I did that so no.
5. Name something about childhood that you miss (like Clark Bars, Tea berry Gum, Malibu Barbie, cracking fake eggs on people's heads with your fist and "It's the Great Pumpkin" airing only once a year).
Oh wow. So much. Playing outside with my brother riding our bikes or playing tag games. Eating junk food at my grandma's house. Christmas with my mom. Spending the day listening to music and playing Atari and later Nintendo with my brother. Pixie Stix and Fun Dips. Swimming all day long with my brother from sun up to sun down at my dad's house. Trips to Santa Cruz with my cousins. And yes my brother and I were always together....... we had good times.
6. Have you ever won a trophy? If not, what do you deserve a trophy for?
The trophy I won was for creative writing. Best in Creative Writing that year or something like that.
7. When do you think is the appropriate time to begin playing Christmas music each year?
After Thanksgiving-- Before that is just too soon.
8. What is your favorite board game?
Monopoly. I never let my brother be the banker so I was able to cheat so bad. We totally had our own rules too. In fact we had our own rules for most games we played. We weren't ones for following directions!
9. How do you feel about surprises (receiving, not giving)?
I like it as long as you don't tell me you have a surprise and then hold that secret over my head. That drives me crazy!!
10. Is it easy for you to say "I'm sorry?" Very easy. I can admit when I'm wrong. Now. As an adult.
11. What is your favorite candle scent?
The clean smells like linen or cotton. I also like cinnamon ones
12. October is traditionally "open house" time in public schools. If you had a literal open house in your home (like a reception) what light snacks would you serve visitors and what would you show them (as in art projects, graded papers) that would uniquely represent you?
hmmm... I'm not a good hostess at all. People come over and I totally forget to ask them if they would like things to eat or drink.... I just don't think about it. Its awful and very embarrassing. I would serve wine with a meat and cheese tray and I'd show people the photos I've taken.
